Build: Exsanguinate Miner Inquisitor

Hey everyone,

It's me again - I wanted to share a quick update on the build I leaguestarted in 3.20; Exsanguinate Miner Inquisitor using Hrimsorrow + Heatshiver.The idea/build started with Ethereal Knives, however, after some extensive playtime and testing I just don't see EK ever being as good as Exsanguinate in this setup.

I am not sure how to tell the exact DPS the build is at right now, but if I had to guess it would be somehwere in the 15-20Mil DPS range with debuffs active, and quite a bit more burst damage being done when you preload your mines. Exsang also fires tendrils at up to 8 targets from a single mine, we throw out up to 18 mines meaning we can have 144 tendrils blasting our maps at will in a single detonation.

Defensive layers are not feeling bad, I feel like more block could be nice and of course more HP - more HP comes with better gear and a few more levels as I don't have all of my HP spec'd on the tree yet and some of my gear doesn't have any life rolls at all(jewels, boots etc).

Mobility is VERY nice with shield charge + Smoke mine(Or flame dash/frost blink whatever you fancy); I choose smoke mine for built in blind on targets and movespeed boost. Our shield charge has faster attacks linked(not sure if I will keep this in late game setup) which makes for some extremely smooth gameplay.

One last thing, I believe that since Exsanguinate has a DoT component to the ability, it will allow for explode in the build; I likely won't go that route however as I believe most mobs will die to the hit rather than the DoT and the clear is already near S tier imo. I would also need to find a source for explode and the options available aren't the best fit for the build.

If you are just starting the league a bit late or simply looking for a cheap(~5 Div) fun build to pick up, I highly recommend giving this a try. There are quite a few scaling options available in the build to take it to the next level!

As the build started as an EK Mines Inquisitor, there are still remnants of that build in the PoB right now. Tornado is no longer needed.

**Edit 2** Just hit level 92 and have doom cast allocated now; have run 6 maps so far and every boss has frozen. FEELSGOODMAN!

**Edit 3** realized I have so much more mana reservation swapping to Exsanguinate, it allowed me to fit in tempest shield early. With a well rolled Rumi's we now reach 34/46 Block; Grabbing some block on shield shouldn't be too hard to grab some more. Now just Hatred and Herald of Purity to go for the GIGADAMAGE!
