Died once but it was definitely avoidable. Those patches do phys DoT which basically bricks regen.

I modified the tree slightly to hit 90% max res - swapped out green nightmare for an impossible escape. I had to switch the suppression mastery which meant I lost some crit, but with a helm/belt enchant it should more than make up for it.
Note that I have a relic that gives 13% aura effect which gives another +1 max res from purity, which is why I didn't allocate Soul of Steel on the jewel. I also had to spec two random points in my glorious vanity to cap lightning res because I cba to fix my rings. A better-rolled thread will help too.
