PoE 3.22 Ancestor Chaining, Mapping builds

Hello exiles So 3 weeks ago I posted a build but untested. So here is a feedback with changes I made. This is my first character this league. Basically it's a Elementalist arc ignite build with CI playing around Incandescent heart to get higher ignite through extra damage and mitigation from ele hit converted to chaos. I guess this is not very original but ever since i started playing POE I really liked Strom Brand. This league was the fist where I managed to get to t16 Map and make some amount of curreny. But I got stuck on one build using Hexblast. I saw a crafting video on YT - someone crafting an insane 7L SB Helmet, so i thought i wanted to make my own build based around that Item. Guide to swapping: The most important part of the swap are the flasks, if you highlight your flasks on POB you will need to see uptime : 100% if you see average: xx this does not work.
