At the current state of the build, the budget is around 150 divines, but was able to clear uber elder and the feared deathless at around 50 divines.
I'm posting this because I'm currently the only wardloop player on poe.ninja using determination, so this is not a common take on the build:

Traditional scion wardloop is very susceptible to being one shot, especially from physical damage. This is because you can't invest into physical mitigation as your build relies on taking physical damage from heartbound loop. Most scion wardloops on poe.ninja have a "phys max hit" of less than 7k and ele max hit less than 30k. With the use of the following mechanics, we achieve 18k phys max hit and 40k ele max hit. This is enough to tank shaper slams and uber atziri regular flameblasts.
Firstly, we use Saboteur class which provides blind on hit and enemies deal 15% less damage while blinded.
We use leaderships price to gain brittle, sap and scorch conflux, where sap gives 20% less damage dealt (this is up reliably on all bosses by stacking "non-damaging ailment effect").
Then we use a skin of the lords with imbalanced guard and determination. This gives 12k armour with double effectiveness, but caps the damage reduction to 50%. This means we don't mitigate the damage from heartbound loop too much that would break the loop. In combination with endurance charges from grand spectrum and a granite flask (use a quicksilver for regular mapping) adds up to 18k phys max hit.
With the introduction of tattoos we can min max wardloop to the next level. Every single dex node on the tree is now 6% flask effect duration, allowing for sustaining 3 flasks with less investment in previous leagues. We use 10 tattoos with 10% reduced extra crit damage for effective crit immunity, and reduced shock effect for shock immunity.
Tattoos also make it almost trivial to meet the requirements of leaderships price (and in this case rational doctrine).
The skill of choice is flexible, I went for rolling magma with Nimi's as this gives a good compromise of clear and single target. Nimis random direction means that rolling magma is very likely to bounce on single targets multiple times, and the return is effectively +1 chain. Leaderships price also gives us the huge offensive bonuses of brittle and scorch, allowing us to cap crit without too much efffort.
