PoE Hexblast builds without Minefield

So I've been playing selfcast Hexblast ignite as an Inquisitor for my league starts for quite some time now, and I decided to take it to endgame. Ended up going Occultist and converting Ignite damage to Chaos with Blackflame and about 15m Ignite DPS (100m total damage per ignite). The character is very tanky as it has 90% all res, maxblock and is CI with Incandescent Heart for Extra Ele damage mitigation. Hello :) This is my third league so far. Every League i try and make Scion viable with non-meta skills (managed a Poison Storm Rain Bosser, with your help!) I am still working on a Hexblast-Ignite build (Elementalist would have been the "better" option), however I always prefer tanky builds. This is a pure Mapper, currently at 1.65m "map boss" dps. Guard skill and Endurance charges have been disabled (though when up, I am nearly immortal! 2.08s cd and 2.59s uptime on immortal call) - I couldnt find a good enough dps boost for a second 6-link... First off, let me get this out of the way. This isn't going to be a meta build, there's probably better selfcast builds than this too, and i'm sure mines will do better damage. I just hate mines and don't want to play it, and wanted to see what I can do with Archmage on leaguestart. Let me preface this with two things. 1. This is an update to the build I posted 2 days ago. Although now I feel it is not just decent, but actually good. 2. I believe this build will have slightly better numbers in 3.20 since we are getting some pretty big buffs to curses but we are also losing base effects of curses, hexblast just has worse numbers for self cast and occultist is getting some minor nerfs. Tinkering around a bit with the build I managed to get over 2 million sirus dot dps with pretty low investment (pretty much all of it is used on blackflame). But honestly that works for me considering how shitty all the gear is + and the fact that is dot dps. Defensively the build is lacking, but I feel that the capped glancing blows + temporal chains as an aura makes it tolerable for softcore. The build is mainly centered around 2 things, blackflame and doomblast to trigger elemental overload. With better gear like a cane of kulemak and actually decent rares I feel like the build can be go
