Followed Captainlance's hexblast miner build with a couple of changes.
Zealotry aura goes down to 42 mana cost with the alt quality gems and mana flask active to very easy to maintain uptime. Relic is 24% increase chaos damage.
Biggest expenses were: Forbidden Flame/Flesh combo - 13div Wand - 20div Chest - 8div
With my gloves when I hit 8% spell suppress implicit I can drop the Grace Watcher's Eye and get a %evade for more tank.

Currently I only have enough mana to have 10 mines so I need to get more Grace reservation on helm to allow more pre-stacked damage.
