I have no idea how to calculate DPS properly, but my understanding is that I throw 6.5 mines per second on average (as PoB suggests, Swift Assembly is weird to calculate) and that results in ~80m DPS while standing still and throwing/detonating mines. This does not include 15 pre-stacked mines however, which is completely reasonable for basically any boss as they have some kind of spawning animation/RP.
Still, take these numbers with a grain of salt. Also, PoB somehow thinks I have less mana unreserved so I can't throw mines after reserving for 15 - which I clearly can as you can see in this short clip.
