PoE Cyclone, Inquisitor builds

AKA Creepy old man shotgunning with high quality COC. POB: Same concept as Jungroan's Crest of Desire Creeping Frost build last league, but with Dialla's Malefaction, we can go COC instead, for easier gameplay. We are also able to use Divergent Berserk with the new Kaom's gloves, which is just perfect for COC as you get much needed attack speed too. Uptime is decent and ES regen still works to sustain RF. Been wanting to do this build for the last league or so but could not think in a nice way to do it. Finally i reached a point where the build is functional and here it is for u guys. Stampede is incredible for cycloning around like a trainwreck, arc make clear feels butter smooth. A work in progress but feels really nice to play &x200B;

So I previously played a ball lightning CoC build with Arc in a Mjolnir. Given the new skill that needs shock I've replaces Arc with LC. Does anyone have any ideas for this build? Or ideally if anyone has seen something similar pop up by someone better at this than me?

My guess would be Inquisitor, Righteous Providence (as first node) and using Cyclone with a dagger with +8% base crit. Back in 3.14 (before CoC used mana to cast spells) I played LL Purifying Flame Inquisitor with the above setup and I remember it was perfectly functional very early during campaign. Now with the mana issue I don't know. This was my PoB back then, in case you guys can see something useful from it where I don't.
