Been wanting to do this build for the last league or so but could not think in a nice way to do it.

Finally i reached a point where the build is functional and here it is for u guys.

Stampede is incredible for cycloning around like a trainwreck, arc make clear feels butter smooth.

A work in progress but feels really nice to play
