Hey, I posted this build last league and I sadly can't really play this league due to time issues. Because some people inquired about the build and asked for an updated version I went ahead and made some 3.22 changes. The changelog is on the forum post, if any questions or feedback arise feel free to DM or comment. Feel free to check the written guide out: Because of Rule 3 as well as my love for tl;dr the high budget PoB: [

Hey, so this came to be very spontaneously, I just tinkered with this build for most of the league getting every little info about what other people were doing with it as there are no updated guides on this. Then I finished my crucible shield tree and was proud enough to post it on the main sub and quite some people were really interested in this build. So thanks to those people as well as to builds of the good ol' times I crafted this forum post for the past couple hours. Feel free to check it out: [

AKA Creepy old man shotgunning with high quality COC. POB: Same concept as Jungroan's Crest of Desire Creeping Frost build last league, but with Dialla's Malefaction, we can go COC instead, for easier gameplay. We are also able to use Divergent Berserk with the new Kaom's gloves, which is just perfect for COC as you get much needed attack speed too. Uptime is decent and ES regen still works to sustain RF. Using Heatshiver for the massive added damage, but shotgunning is not great for ailments so the current configuration is sligh

Hi Everyone, As COC is my favorite arch-type in the game, there is no league that goes by without me playing at least 1 cast on crit build. 3.17 is no different and I've decided to go with a COC Ice Spear, since I've never done Ice Spear, mainly just Ice Nova ( which I still say has much better clear then Ice Spear ) The reason I chose Inquisitor is survivability, and because I never did a CoC Inquisitor, usually I roll a Occy or Ass, so this time I went hispter and chose the long-neck. The build revolves around having the per
