We use some alternate quality gems so in the end build is faster and has more dps. If you want to start playing with lower budget, get an amulet with +1 level of skill gems and other stats(attributes, resists, crit mult, spell damage,life etc.) >Damage conversion Fulcrum has random rolls. Make sure it provides 100% conversion so you don't deal any elemental damage. My gloves also has cold conversion so i can deal more cold damage. Other elements doesn't mean much. You can instead craft suppress on your gloves implicit. >Chill effect and Freeze immunity Fulcrum reflects ailments to the user. This means we have to be frozen immune. You can use Brine king pantheon but if you get the upgrade which reduces chill effects on you, that character is toasted. You have to use another pantheon, that's what i did. And craft "cannot be frozen" on your boots prefix. Some crazy people level an entirely new character just to reset pantheon, that's up to you. >CoC Cooldown and attack speed I picked 14+ cdr for this build. If you want more min-max, go for 52+. Using "Awakened Coc Support" solves cdr problem for 14+ 14 cdr -> 7.57 attack speed 52 cdr -> 10,1 attack speed You cannot go past those attack speeds otherwise you lose millions of dps. If you also have way lower attack speed, you again lose dps. Also make sure you have 7 or 10 attack speed depends on your CDR. Having 6,95 or 9,90 attack speed won't do anything. Game doesn't round up numbers. Ideal attack speeds for good dps; 14 cdr -> between 7 - 7,57 52 cdr -> between 10 - 10,10 (harder to achieve cause you only have 0.10 point window) >Brutal restraint If you have mageblood and also trying to go for 90 ele resists, you may need brutal restraint with aura effect notables.
