Hello there, I did a theory craft on Power Charge Flicker Strike with the new Crucible Node that allows us to spend Power Charges instead of Frenzy Charges to reset Flicker Strikes cooldown. My inital plan was to go with Assassin and go with Lightning Damage since it works so well with Power Charges, but then I realized that Flicker Strike actually scales with Frenzy Charges aswell and Power Charges are really only needed for our uptime. So, i managed to get my hands on Hateforge and thought id try to get it going like back in Ultimatum. PoB: Very unoptimized and still low level, not meant to be more than a proof of concept for now. The main idea is to use flask effect, reduced duration and dual wield the ultimatum weapon to get 100% uptime on VLS. Because the Sceptre has very low attack damage, im using covenant for big base damage. PoB: I had been wanting to do a build with zerphi's heart since doing a soulthirst flicker character before but the way that belt left you feeling like the drug had worn off when soul eater wore off. When I saw 100% chaos conversion was possible for flicker strike by using the new glove implicits and tree, I had to try it. This is the result. Zerphi's heart means we get pretty good shocks and chills on even map bosses and vaal breach means we can basically guarantee soul eater uptime for bosses which can't be done with soulthirst.

Here is my build with the gear my character currently has. This is my first attempt at a build made without a guide as a reference so I'd love any feedback. The basic idea is to stack frenzy charges so I started with raider and then went for as many sources of max frenzy charge as possible. Ice bite looked like a good choice of support gem due to the frenzy charge scaling and I chose frost blades as a result. I'm aware that it's not a particularly good skill for bossing so my goal is to get around 2-3m DPS to clear moderately juiced T16s. A note about the gea

What's the idea here? Choir of the storm, perfect form, formless inferno and Perseverance are your key items. From there you stack resistances by getting flask effect and res flasks, the build gets ~500% overcapped resistances What my PoB attempt at this achieves: - 80k armour - 80k evasion - 98% crit chance - ele ailment immunity - bleed and corrupted blood immunity - stun immunity - curse immunity - permanent 150% movement speed - 20% less elemental damage taken - Fortify and onslaught when mapping What my PoB attempt at this is lacking in - only 3k life and no real way to recover
