I had been wanting to do a build with zerphi's heart since doing a soulthirst flicker character before but the way that belt left you feeling like the drug had worn off when soul eater wore off. When I saw 100% chaos conversion was possible for flicker strike by using the new glove implicits and tree, I had to try it. This is the result. Zerphi's heart means we get pretty good shocks and chills on even map bosses and vaal breach means we can basically guarantee soul eater uptime for bosses which can't be done with soulthirst.
