Hi - I wanted to post this because I know a lot of people are having issues finishing this challenge due to the extreme RNG of finding the major boons and afflictions.

IMPORTANT NOTE - you MUST stay within 10 levels (level 33) for Sanctums to spawn in the zone. If you level past 33, get a delevel book (scouring/scroll of wisdom vendor recipe)

Budget - you will need around 140c to get the items for this (Astramentis ~30c, One With Nothing 40c, Seven League Step 55c, Tabula 8c, Darkness Enthroned 1c, Le Heup 1c, abyss jewels 5-10c)

Strategy - the strat for this build is to hit around level 30 (to get all the movespeed passives), using a slight deviation from [Fyregrass/Maxroll Smite Twink Leveler] (https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/12WvD2Cz-baYg_JYxHkJV168f--7nndzy9mMMeylKiCI/edit#gid=313399135), specifically using a Raider with Onslaught from first lab for more movespeed.

After that, spam reset City of Sarn at the beginning of Act 3. This is one of the smallest zones in the game, is a straight line and there's also a chance the Sanctum spawns right in front of the waypoint. I was able to run full Sanctums in 15-20 minutes due to having 96% movespeed without flask, and due to how small the zone is and how quickly you can save and run rooms.
