PoE Tornado, Critical builds without Tornado Shot

My setup, just swapped class

Fully minmaxed Trickster ward stack with perfect gear.

Current setup of Trickster. Not Even minmaxed

Just wear up tricksters gear to occulty

So I know with flesh and flame, my dps will roughly double, but even without them in the build guide POB, I'm a few million short. Just trying to speed up my single target damage and smooth out the build but I'm still relatively new to POB and POE scalings in general. My Cobra Lash POB: &x200B; Guide POB(at level 90):

Damage seems lower than I was expecting, just put the build together tonight and want to improve on it over the next few days. Build guide DPS says 11m while mine is only at around 1m.

For anyone who wants a more hipster build that isn't DD, seismic, EA, RF, or any of the other really strong meta builds but also doesn't want some straight garbage, I present to you my 3.18 HCSSF league start. This build is designed for the HCSSF environment. I have no idea how it is in SC trade. Probably worse because it's not as zoomy and has too much invested in defenses. Since GGG was supposed to buff self-casting i decided to give ice-spear a try this league. I quite like the balance between offence and defense inquisitor gives. In the end I think I managed to create a quite well rounded character with decent clear, good survivability and quite good DPS(doing about 15m dps on a somewhat not to bad budget without any flask). Think i have spent about 20-25 ex on the character. Where as a good 80 percent of that was on belt and chest. Any good ideas on areas i can improve on my build?
