PoE Elementalist, League Starter builds without Mageblood

TLDR: Resolute Technique + mana efficiency solves accuracy and mana issues from 3.15. Chieftain now possible in Trade with Iron Will. I spent quite a while trying to find a build I could shove those new recoup life nodes in. I think I got one. I am a bit worried about attack speed, but other than that it is 100% spell suppression, 50% recoup, big ES leech with some mana and hp on hit/kill. Hello guys, Just crafted a generic POB for ignite elementalist using divine ire, i've got up to 750k ignite dmg/ 4.2m total ignite dmg, 171%hp, purity of elements for elemental immunity, determination to avoid 1 shots and also golems stuff. The build doesn't relly on the EE because it's way too far on the tree, the good thing is that you can get it through scourge implicits :), either way the dmg is still good.
