POE 3.15 Builds - CREEPING FROST is a SAFER alternative to ARC Witch Build for Beginners

Creeping Frost Elementalist Witch is not as popular as more common Creeping Frost Occultist build, BUT this version worked out really well for me personally, which prompted me to share it with you today!

This build still relies on damage boost from golems, massive damage reduction from ascendancy and enough of a cold damage boost from the passive skill tree picks.

If you're in an experimenting mood, why not try this solid and steady Witch build for Path of Exile Beginners! 👍
