So while all the league starter builds are flying around, I thought I would share my own take. This is something I have been planning since morning (11:20 pm here, FML. League will begin for me for me after 8 hrs).

It is an Earthquake Ingite Elementalist, using just 3 items. This is a placeholder, a template. You can use the other slots to fill in whatever reqd. The resistances are covered by using a custom resistance declaration.
