PoE Pledge of Hands, Nova builds

Hey all, Archmage has been stomped into the ground by GGG for a long time now, so here's a new twist/variant to it that I'm considering league-starting. Abyss Jewel Stacking Trinity Archmage. Can use lightning strike if don't want to use cyclone to stack instruments of zeal. Need to check to see if frenzy + hydrosphere works for stacking fanaticism and frenzy (because then that's bis imo) we don't want inc duration on arcane surge because it needs to be up every 4 seconds

As far as I can tell, fanaticism is clunky and sucks... but the new manabond skill got me thinking that maybe it could be spammed to high heaven using fanatacism. The general premise is that you would play a character with like 10,000 mana and get 1500 base lightning for manabond when all your mana is gone and you use the skill. At this point it seems like you would use archmage... but what if you didn’t? What if you somehow got all your mana gone and then spammed the skill super fast with no mana cost at all? I'm currently running frost bolt/ice nova, and the damage is good enough (deathless a5 sirus was easy peasy), but the clear is mediocre despite huge AoE because the spell combo requires a significant amount of standing in place. Additionally when things get hectic it's really easy to miss casting a frost bolt which can end up with me either casting ice nova with no frost bolts (which is much lower dps) or casting ice nova on frost bolts that are already really far from me (frequently resulting in dying). Ever since Inquisitor ascendancy was revealed I've been trying to come up with a way to use Fanatic. I think I've found a good one Self-cast Ice Nova Frostbolt, except the Frostbolt is linked to CWC Cyclone to generate fanaticism charges while casting it. Important notes Mana regen % anywhere you can get it from is really really good - start with clarity and replace it with herald of thunder once you get enough mana regen Gloves w/ spell damage leeched as ES are a huge survivability boost. Surgeons prefix on flasks is stupidly OP (we have 100% crit chance and fast cast speed so this is insanely good for us and gives the flasks massive uptime on bossfights)
