PoE Occultist, League Starter, Chaos builds

This is a build i have been playing for a few leagues in a row, decided to share for anyone interested hmu with questions if you have any &x200B; POB:

Both Bane and Cold DoT Occultists greatly benefit from the new Vaal Caress Gloves, as they run 4L Vaal gems. Hi all! So I've decided to try to theorycraft something simple for my first leaguestart without using a guide made by ziz, jungroan, pathofmath, and the like. I'm interested in an ignite build and eventually settled on hexblast ignite because playing with curses also seemed fun. I made a POB and it's hitting 8mill ignite dps on guardians on gear that shouldn't cost more than 7 or 8 ex I think by the second or third week of league. Is this too good to be true? My skeleton POB: I like playing ignites, but still want something that plays a bit smoother than EA totems.
