Forbidden Rite Occultist Regen Tank Plans

Wanted to share my plans for a forbidden rite occultist I am working on. This was originally planned to be a self chill call of the void occultist until I came to the sad reality that I cannot scale my self chill with increased ailment effect like I had planned to do so. Although one portion of the build isn't going to work as I had hoped I can still pivot the build into a very strong and am excited to see how my character shapes up with how I have planned it.
