PoE Occultist, League Starter, Chaos builds

Setting expectations No, this is not a new meta breaker and it's not supposed to be. I just wanted a hypster unique way to clear the remaining parts of endgame my current build cannot deal with (maven, uber elder, sanctums) I also am trying to somewhat contain its budget, it doesn't need to be a league starter but i also would rather not have to farm 100+ divines before being able to get my final voidstones Build concept Doedre's Scorn scales added chaos damage for each curse on an enemy. So I've been playing selfcast Hexblast ignite as an Inquisitor for my league starts for quite some time now, and I decided to take it to endgame. Ended up going Occultist and converting Ignite damage to Chaos with Blackflame and about 15m Ignite DPS (100m total damage per ignite). The character is very tanky as it has 90% all res, maxblock and is CI with Incandescent Heart for Extra Ele damage mitigation. Currently there is no one playing Hexblast in this way on Poe Ninja so I guess you could call this an "off meta build" lol :). I do like the Ignite playstyle and maybe there are some fello

I ran this build as my league starter in 3.17 when ashes was easy to get, I loved the clear speed I got from this as well as how tanky it felt vs bosses so I farmed a lot of uber elders with it, not really invincible but with divine flesh and few phys damage reduction sources not much could one shot it at that time. I kinda wanna do the same build for my second or third build for this league with new Vaal Caustic arrow but not sure how meta has changed and what is new, skipped most of Sentinel and Kaladnra leagues. I could not find all the gear pieces that i used but missing ones were nothing

First off, let me get this out of the way. This isn't going to be a meta build, there's probably better selfcast builds than this too, and i'm sure mines will do better damage. I just hate mines and don't want to play it, and wanted to see what I can do with Archmage on leaguestart. Also many of the more popular ways to scale hexblast involve some very expensive uniques, and since most traditional archmage items are relatively cheap (Ivory Tower <5c launch day).
