【How this build works?】

• Power charge stacking to combo with Fenumus Toxin (Helmet)
• 100% poison chance just by stacking power charges
• High crit chance due to power charges
• FR projectiles & AOE overlaps, making the poison stacking fastaf
• CI set up so that u wont suicide by casting FR (Budget way though)

// Conclusion //

• Overall, i am surprised that this build idea works pretty well even with low budget. The damage scaling can be further upgrade as it has huge potential on end game. Clearspeed may be clunky due to not enough cast speed. Bossing damage is pretty good with this budget though!
