After a bit of tinkering, I think I found a decent league starting setup: Opted for Spark of Nova with a slightly higher damage effectiveness and better screen coverage. Swapped Storm call for Wave of Conviction to be my Unleash setup which applies a nice shock every 2.5 seconds and does okay damage on a pseudo 5-link. Also include a trigger wand and fiddled with skill duration so the tornado lasts almost exactly 8 seconds for smoother gameplay and less buttons. Overall happy with the current starter tree. Thanks for all the build advice!

Not a league starter - levelling with SBoI and/or PBoD

this right here is my budget quirk build. i really wanted to make an int stacker but didnt have the currency to pull it of and i had an inquisitor laying around so i decided to go to work. i loved kinetic bolt of fragmentation but i couldnt get the damage out of it in POB, untill i realised the damage shown is for 1 projectile (we fire 8) but there is no way we can decently reliably hit all 8 now can we? Yes we can. Another thing why i like POE so much is trigger gems and crafts like trigger socketed spells. i slapped on bodyswap

There are some concessions, but not as many as you may think. Big Concessions: 1. You must drop Kalandra's or Blastrain (on your second manaforged setup). I think dropping blast rain makes sense, but I happened to randomly hit an unset ring that is just better than my current helical ring so I run that. I lose 52 chaos res doing this though, so if you have a perfect helical ring just drop blastrain imo. I also have some other options in the items you can find on trade for reasonable prices I think. Most leagues I try to make a unique concept for Ball lightning because I'm obsessed with the skill sadly. Been thinking about this concept before the league launch but didn't realise I'd get rich this league. First time using Progenesis and Mageblood in a build but I am not sure what additions or changes I can make, The only items I have crafted is the boots, the amulet and the wand and I have purchased the body armour and lethal pride already. seriously, i am not seeing anyone using this in poe ninja. Lancing steel is very good for double coc, as it hit so many times. I was experimenting with several different configurations and found frostbolt+ice nova of frostbolts to be insane. I am experimenting in very very juiced maps with delirium and abyss at t16, and it is insane for mapping, you can use return projectiles for more coverage, but crit damage is way more dps. POB gives me almost double the dps of single target as blazing salvo: My inquisitor is midway yet, lots of improvement to be done, 12k ES with EB, and no crit damage

SHOCK EFFECT I've tested shock effect vs Uber Pinnacle Bosses. It ranges from 35% to 42%. The boss died before it got higher I guess lol. The test was conducted using my rare crafted stygian vise belt, not HH.
