PoE Hex builds without Ashes of the Stars, Cast On Critical Strike, Crystallised Omniscience, Emperor's Cunning with custom stat filters

This is my current build, and I feel it is so weak to kill boss (elder, maven,....) &x200B; Is there anyone good at this build can give me some advice? I am new to this build and this game also. Thanks &x200B; My pob:

POB: I've sunk a good chunk of change into my Impending Doom PF and finally was able to beat the pinnacle bosses but not with out a struggle (mostly mechanics and dot's). I want to try and make a push for Ubers but clearly right now I dont have the required DPS but I am stuck on how to get there. I've seen steelmage melt Ubers.. is it only possible with god tier gear?
