PoE Spellslinger, Witch, Fire builds

TLDR: Resolute Technique + mana efficiency solves accuracy and mana issues from 3.15. Chieftain now possible in Trade with Iron Will. To those who loved this build and knew friendly company therewith: this Reunion is for you. Spellslinger Flame Wall Elementalist was an extremely popular build in 3.13/3.14. It was one of the strongest league starters featuring extremely smooth gameplay, and some redditors might have come across me recommending that build to others back in its heyday. Anyone wanna try to optimize this bad boy. The arctic armor and + 25 spell block in config is to simulate the new tempest shield. Not too sure about mana, it might be a bit tight so getting mana or -mana cost on gear could be useful The wand is pretty good but not that hard to craft with ilvl2 wand and an essence of anger. Ignore mutahar talking in the background. Inspired by this post, put together this fella recently and despite being a glass cannon(too squishy to do delirium stuff), packs quite a big punch. &x200B; With stuff that has 100% uptime, got about 6 mil dps, with flasks and power + frenzy(generated with 3 link frenzy-culling-pcoc, though can't keep it up at all times) goes to about 10 mil. Still has lots of room to upgrade, like 4 multi jewels, tailwind boots, better rings etc. Pob:

Pob fork: Disclaimer: I only play solo/with IRL friends, so this is technically SSF. I don't give a fuck about meta, I play to have fun. I league started with this build in mind and created it as I went. So, this is honestly my very first self-made build. So far so good, both the clear and single target feel good. I stumbled upon the combination of Sniper's Mark (spellslinger) + Pierce. You never have to think about what target is marked due to the fact that Marks are no longer a namelock skill.
