PoE League Starter, Physical, Bossing builds

Asenath's Gentle Touch is cheap AF this league and makes PBV insane ATM for farming T16s. Ming's Heart + chaos catalyst is crazy damage for phys poison builds. Obliteration is also pretty crazy. Arcanist Brand BFBB makes the build's bossing much more acceptable for dumb fights, and is a moderate investment gear swap. The tree is set up for fast shield charging + QoL things like big AoE for mapping, inc. skill duration, unleash seals, charge on kill, etc. Despite all of this it absolutely slaps damage-wise. Looking for some feedback before leaguestart. I've been working on a medium-high budget version for comfortable bossing and harder atlas content. I bumped up the gem levels on BB to simulate the buffs. Added Skitterbots for 'Divine blessing support' as a temp aura for bossing. (That's why I have to much reserved mana) My focus is on great sustain in longer boss fights. Been working on a Golemancer Champion because... I enjoy tankier variants so I can be half asleep through content. They also added Duelist voicelines to acts 6-10 so I figured, why not. Looking for suggestions on an Occultist Cold-BV league starter. Budget: low (Mostly spending for 2 strong prefixes on staff) If you've got suggestions on where to take it for min-maxing, that would also be great; I'm coming back after a couple of leagues so I'm \rusty\ - should I go powercharges with 2x Void Battery?
