Wanted to share a couple of builds I have been working on for league start. Haven't seen any PoBs for either of these skills posted anywhere so hopefully this helps for anyone looking to league start either of these builds.
Wave of Conviction Ignite Elementalist

Additional notes on this build:
This is a simple take on WoC ignite that uses the updated Ming's Heart ring to further scale the already large base physical damage on Wave of Conviction. A perfectly rolled Ming's Heart can roll up to 72% Phys as extra chaos, and the Elementalist's Shaper of Flames node allows this extra chaos damage to ignite.
A shaper shield with increased reservation efficiency is used to fit in the auras for the build. This mod can be rolled on an ilvl 80 Shaper shield and should be easy to obtain once the bases are widely available.
Playstyle is simple, just cast WoC to ignite and use Flame Surge on bosses for curse+combustion+burning ground. For harder bosses, you will want to cast multiple WoC to fish for a proc to activate Elemental Overload (this is the reason why you see a diamond flask in the PoB).
This build has bad sustain, especially for bossing, something to keep in mind.
The budget build has max rolls for suppression on helmet+gloves+boots+body armor. Obviously this isn't reasonable but you should be able to cap suppression by getting high rolls on those item slots plus one of the following: Suppression on shield, Anointing a Suppression node, taking Resourcefulness, Reflexes, and/or Magebane on the tree, or using Atziri's Step boots.
Soulrend Trickster Hybrid+Low Life Warning I would not recommend this build for newer players as some of the gearing may be tricky, mostly posting this for people who REALLY want to play Soulrend.

The Items, Skill Gems, and Skill Tree should each have 3 sections in the PoB for different budget levels. The highest budget level should hopefully be something achievable within a week of high playtime. The build can scale further but I believe it will be difficult to get considerably more DPS than what you see in the high budget version.
Additional notes on this build:
Primary goal of this build is to go Low Life Hybrid ES/Life so that we can take Pain Attunement for additional damage and use the new Trickster for additional defense through ES.
Another advantage of the new Soul Drinker node is that it allows us to use Energy Leech support for Soulrend which normally doesn't have a great 6th link.
Skill gems in the PoB are configured for single target, swap in GMP for clearing.
This build has a divine blessing Zealotry setup that may be a bit tricky activate. Access to Divergent Inspiration + Anomalous Increased Duration should make it cheap (or free) to cast, but I am assuming that these gems will be very expensive. Other options to get the mana cost down: Mana Mastery (gives -10%, it should already be specced in the PoB), Veiled reduced mana cost mods on Jewelry, a T1 mana reduction suffix for your mana flask (PoB is only using a T2 roll).
