Untested Update for 3.18 - I have not tested the above PoB. It should be a dramatic improvement in survival as its converts a lot of ele to 90% chaos resistance (and also has 90% chaos resistance). In short, I am really struggling at level 91. I feel that my defense is pretty weak and PoB is only showing my DPS is 250K. Is my evasion to low? How can I improve this or should I get some armour?
