Today I bring you a viewer-inspired meme: 2H axe Spectral Throw featuring Omniscience. This build was super fun, crazy fast and had big big dams. The build isn't perfect, there are plenty of things that could be improved upon, but it works! Let me know if you have suggestions on how to make it better.
