Not gonna make a build guide for this because there's a few nicely made ones out there but for mine specifically, I'm taking eldritch battery to solve my mana problems because I hate not being able to cast bv sometimes due to lack of mana. As always. if a gust of wind touches you, you're dead. Now onto the next build (maybe some howa stuff)
