Wanted to recreate my venom gyre champion build while staying under 50 ex budget, it turned out pretty well. I honestly think I could go even cheaper next time seeing how much damage you get from White Wind. All gear was self-crafted, so budget might not be under 50 if you were to try to buy the rares.
