PoE League Starter, Melee builds with custom stat filters

I started building a new league starter (hopefully no balance changes to SC) and think that I have a pretty refined idea for budget Shield Crush utilizing some cheap uniques. Watchers Eye (Single Mod) is really the only item that may be expensive to work towards as a goal in the first week, but impale is pretty non-meta right now. Overall nothing too crazy or innovative but think its worthy of a league start. POB has no cluster, gem quality, flasks, Eldritch mods, or berserk buff. I wanted to league start a build that I could clear all the game's content with without re-rolling another character since I hate leveling through the campaign so much. I'm hoping to gear this build fully by day 3-4 of league start, im just curious if i made any glaring errors or if people can suggest ways to increase the evasion, armor or life that would be great (will probably only be able to get +1 strike gloves but put in +2 strike), cant really think of any other gear ive put in that is unreachable within the first few days. i dont mind doing less damage if the trade off is more survivability.
