PoE Trap, Mapping, Simulacrum builds without Oriath's End

Hello, So I really wanted to build around Champion, NB and Perseverance. I thought ele would be too meta and thought that impale with call of steel would feel smooth enough, tried leveling with SH a few leagues ago and it was awful. Though perma Onslaught, Adrenaline and tailwind/new implicit might make it smoother. I've crafted a bunch of gear and made a pob (first time building one from scratch) but have no idea what is good for SH - aps, avg hit and what not. I'd love to be able to push Deli map and endgame bosses comfortably but right now I feel a bit lacking in term of damage mainly, defense is not so bad but sometime damage is lacking too much that my defense just can't hold anymore (Mainly deli map trough the end)
