PoE Chaining builds with custom stat filters

A tanky and fast version of storm brand elementalist. I went for max block and max spell block, mixed with 10k+ energy shield. Storm brand of Indecision paired with awakened chain makes for amazing clear speed, while lightning conduit makes up a large amount of our single target. A very high cast speed with mixed lightning warp makes for very fast movement.

Hello exiles So 3 weeks ago I posted a build but untested. So here is a feedback with changes I made. This is my first character this league. Compared to my previous builds, I brought in Windscream and Despair to help with the damage. I have so much movement speed from other sources it being a 20% MS boots instead of 30% just doesn't matter. I honestly see no problems. I have no flasks but I do have 190k boss DPS. Without Despair and Wither and no boss config PoB says I still have 98k DPS which is plenty for act clearing. This entire thing doesn't take into account the 10th projectile. EDIT 1: Prismatic burst doesn't work on spells, so ignore any mention of it. The advantages of this build are 1. very low cost to start. The first version cost me a grand total of 12c and the current version with all costs accounted for was 178 chaos (I didn't count the chromes and jewelers I spent). Enabling impale gives exsang miner the juice it needs to become a powerhouse, as there was just no real way to push pure physical damage before. Build is based on a Neato setup he did for dark pact, so there are some options to work pain attunement into the build with petrified blood and get even tankier, but it wasn't something I looked into. I mocked up this PoB today for what should be a fairly tanky Storm Brand Inquisitor.
