I know some/many/most people run TR for this but I dislike it for a very early start because you need a good bow, wither stacks and despair to have any meaningful damage. pConc requires a concentrated divine life flask and that's it. So I made a build in PoB and then went into Kalandra, bought the items and tested it in a few Heists, Act9 end, Reassembled Avarius, Merciless lab and during act runs I had two Immortal Syndicate assassins to test as well. I already had a Ranger at 60-something level so I didn't test all ten acts but what I did all actually worked.

Misc notes:

  1. While Heists do not need Dash, Merciless lab does, otherwise you die on spike traps in the last room. With dash it's not hard at all.
  2. Increased AoE was chosen because of this post.
  3. There's no QotF, that tends to be quite expensive on day 1, that's a day 2 or even day 3 upgrade. It still runs quite fast... the way increased works, you only get a 15% speedup or so from it. Also Dendrobate is a big damage boost so even if you have a QotF, keep one around for lab and such.
  4. A lvl10 increased duration makes Phase Run always on. I haven't remade the pobb/poe.ninja links after I levelled up the gem but made this video to show: https://youtu.be/n0S4MI8qQkQ
  5. I forgot to annoint. Cloth And Chain is very cheap and makes it easier to cap resistances.
  6. A possible variant would run at lvl65 instead, pick Ghost Dance and annoint Utmost Intellect for a 9.1% damage boost. The breakpoint is at 150 int on Dendrobate, you get 20 int on the way to Ghost Dance, Utmost Intellect gives you 40 + 8% -- because of the 8% your amulet only needs 35 int to get there. Your survivability is already very good, this variant makes it utterly ridiculous. You need a Crimson+Violet+Amber oil, these should be affordable as all three can drop in acts.
  7. To make the two red sockets for CWDT+Immortal Call feasible a Str+Dex boots is very strongly recommended instead of the Dex+Int boots showcased. As we have no increased ES from the tree, this is an insignificant change to the overall defenses.
  8. As for resistances, you have four rares, and you are at 23-23-5% res. If you can get a T3 res (38%) suffix on three of your rares and an empty suffix -- you are at 61-61-43 without crafting, then you can craft 14 Fire + Lightning, 14 Cold + Lightning (these crafts come from cruel lab) and you are almost capped already. You also need 35 strength and 46 int, that'll mostly come from the amulet. If it doesn't want to come together, Cloth and Chain annoint is very much your friend as it drops the tier requirement to T5.

Act5 end: http://poeurl.com/dOL4 (we lean very heavily into damage here, Swift Venoms first)
