PoE Corrupting Fever, Exsanguinate builds

POB: I followed maxroll.gg guide for it but I think i pretty much covered all the basis, the only thing that I was thinking I could improve was +2 neck and better jewels, can someone offer other upgrades I may be missing? First time with MB so not sure what flask setup I should use

I wanted to league start CF Champion this league, but after the suggested changes from KB wander to Spectral throw, I though I'd try to find another option. This league i build a Scion Exsanguinate with Poets. It had trouble to deal with rares in t16 white but what decently tanky. What are the options to improve this build to the next steps also suggestions in tankyness would be great. This is the POBB:

Hey exiles, I haven't played the last few leagues and decided to give CF a go in this one since I hadn't played it before. Build is pretty standard, Divine flesh, 50k armor with 10% of armor applies to chaos mastery, 80/79/79/84 resist, poet's pen with reap-exsanguinate-brutality, fever + vaal reap 5 link. It's pretty good, great clear but meh single target as expected. Hello fellow Exiles, I am a casual POE player and I wanted to try and make my own build for the start of the new league. I usually stick to other guides but I wanna branch out this time. I love the gladiator class and wanted to try and bring back an old build I loved in spellslinger exsanguinate. I have included my current POB where I took some inspiration from some old youtube guides and some POEninja glad builds. Any and all advice is welcome.

I've been doing some theorycrafting with the new entropic devastation gloves but i struggle to find a good synergy. Here's a scuffed inquisitor attribute CoC bow PoB (some end-game stuff), do you guys have any ideas of how to improve the build? Maybe going champion is better for fortify + impale stuff?
