I mentioned in another thread that I had been using the new Exsanguinate and there was enough interest that I went ahead and recorded me running a T1 map with it. Please forgive the low quality of the video, it was the best I could do.
The build uses Exsanguinate of Transmission as its primary clear skill and Vaal Reap for single target. Corrupting Fever is in there as well for more damage. It's also a Low Life build utilizing the new Warlock ascendancy!

(Please just pretend that that Exsanguinate Gem is the new Exsanguinate of Transmission). Since the new gems aren't in PoB yet, for the curious at gem level 22 I'm at 22 chains with the skill.
This is still just a low budget / starter build atm. It was pretty smooth to level with, and I never had any issues doing the league mechanic during Acts.
I already have plans for where I would like to take the build. Warlock has me thinking about going for a Dissolution of the Flesh / Rathpith build using Warlock's Crimson Power to scale life even further, but I definitely need to farm some more levels and currency first. This will probably become a long term project for me since I don't have a large amount of time to play outside of the weekend.
The build also uses the new Warlock ascendancy. While I am using the new Mark from Warlock, I find that it doesn't really increase the single target potential of Exsanguinate that much (Reap is just better anyway). The adds spawn pretty slowly, and it doesn't chain back to the primary target often (if at all, I'm actually not sure). But it is good for sustain as the build has several sources of Life Gain on Kill. That said, I will probably drop the Mark for the new Vulnerability flask eventually and swap to Blood Hunt (the Ravenous node) instead.
