PoE Painseeker, Spell builds

Pretty much title. Heatshiver+Cold Ailment Duration+Painseeker to cheese freezes, Shade Of Solaris cheap Wand for Big Damage scaling, Evasion + Flesh and Stone + Blind Effect scaling for 95% Evasion if hit recently. Unsure how to fit in more duration or phys mitigation right now, I just wanna stay evasion based early league since its a lot more budget friendly especially when the occasional death goes unpunished in Softcore. Open Questions: How feasible are 50 Kills in 4 seconds? How much uptime/downtime? Possible to tech in block

Hi all, i really like deleting legions with vaal arc and the arc ignite mechanic. I was wondering if one could use heatshiver to take advantage of shaper of flame's extra damage if the hit is mostly fire damage. And we could use freeze by converting lightning damage to cold with call of the brotherhood rings. The problem is getting enough freeze to break bosses' ailment threshold. Currently my POB is at 10mil and i think 25 mil in the minimum? The POB is half baked right now. Anyone wanna help me theorycraft this :P ?

Most builds don't bother with freezing pinnacle bosses which, on top of the fairly high ailment threshold of 25m, have another 70% less damage taken mod that makes it pretty hard to freeze them. The ailment itself is still fairly useful if you can achieve it as it gives you -70% action speed (relevant thread) against monsters that 'Cannot be fully slowed' (aka most endgame bosses) but the payoff usually wasn't there because you could invest in more damage instead and just kill them faster.

I'm going to do some party play with my friends who just want to chill together. We aren't doing anything too juiced but I thought it would be nice if our builds meshed well together at least a little bit. The main idea for my build was a lightning/cold crit character that inflicts max brittle and shock to help everyone out. Here is the build I need help with making it make more sense. Mainly the belt and rings kinda suck. I also don't really want to use ashes but the reservation is just way too good. Also also I don't know if the lack of move/cast speed will feel bad. [
