[3.17] Wave 30 Simulacrum - Akane MoM Agnostic Miner

DISCLAIMER: This build is NOT made for content like Simulacrum wave 30 farming, I was limit testing the build on stream with a couple item changes to test how far it went, and it manage to finish all 30 waves with 2 deaths.

Just another quick showcase of a simulacrum 30 attempt as few people have told me that the build is a too squishy and might get 1 shot in content such as lower waves simulacrum. I will say that the build is definitely more squsihy than it was back when there was dodge.

WARNING: the build playstyle has a lot of skill/flask timing and management and it is not as comfortable to play since ritual league before they change the mine mana reservations. So unless you are willing to sacrifice the playstyle or get use to it for insane bossing dps, then feel free to try it!
