PoE 3.23 Affliction League Starter builds without Occultist

According to PoB my DPS is combined 1.3 million. Im copying the MaxRoll LA league starter guide. My build is literally just a copy. According to their PoB, they have 16 million DPS. I know Im shy a couple levels and one gem. My bow DPS is good. Where am I missing 14 million damage?

Heyo, typical AFK abyss abusing MF chieftain here, Pob for no reason: I wanted to ask how i can get away with increasing my single target via removing my MF gear (ring, boots, gloves, chest) so i can participate in some of the challenges that involve killing a boss or simu or heist or whatever, Simply swapping mf peices for rares or uniques and adding in (insert single target skill here) in these peices and call it a day doing enough dps to clear bosses, Was considering penance brand since thats what all the fuss is about on a cloak of flame or maybe bodyswap?

I noticed that almost no one on poe ninja is using shroud MF build, even though it seems very good for MF unlike omniscience. It makes you quite tanky and it has good damage scaling. The cost is losing greed's embrace which gives up to 15% quant and 50% rarity. Of course that is a loss but I don't think it's big enough to ignore this option when lacking dps (relevant this league). Just wrapping up 40/40 in Affliction SC today, so I figured I'd share and archive my league in case anyone was remotely curious. I opened with a Shield Charge Elementalist at league start (Very good build honestly, I just became disillusioned with not being able to do the league mechanic at T16 and so I was speedfarming T8-T10 Wisps in Strand/Glacier/Cemetery.
