PoE 3.23 Affliction League Starter, Critical builds without Occultist

I leaguestarted glacial hammer trauma with prenerf heatshiver in TOTA and wanted to do something similar. The basic idea is to get a lot of flat phys from Trauma support, then convert to cold for chill and double damage with Frostbreath which is bis bc you can't use Paradoxica with Trauma. Dual Strike of Ambidexterity has a big 70% more damage with mainhand and uses offhand attack time. So we use a 1.9aps axe offhand and some Quick and Deadly cluster notables (60% mainhand damage and 30% offhand aspd) to solve attack speed. Other than that it's fairly standard

I'm kinda proud, that I succeeded... it cost a fortune though. The lack of single target was the biggest problem early on. Even with clusters, I was not happy with my single target damage. (even when skipping league mechanic) Returning projectile support, k
