With this staff coming back in Sanctum, the lightning tendrils rework is looking juicy for inquisitor. Could even just pick up battlemage and use LT totems as hiero. I just wanted to post about my build idea and tested since I think its really cool. I've tested Hydrosphere with spell echo and can confirm that the final repeat does have a 100% crit chance and when using it with greater spell echo it also inherits the extra aoe and more damage multiplier. The idea is to make a build around the new Staff - Winds of Fate. The staff incentivizes using: 1) Battlemage, leaning you towards Inquisitor with its 700~ phys added damage. 2) Using Plume of Pursuit to make the damage reliable - 3) Once you guarantee your repeats to be criticals, you need not scale critical strike chance at all, which opens some avenues, meaning you can use (awakened) controlled destruction or use Marylene's Fallacy with no drawback. 4) The Randomness of the conversionss seems to sugge
