**DISCLAIMER..**This won't be a guide, but an interesting and build enabling interaction. I play a lot of minion builds in the HC version of the game.
First Part
Rallying Cry
Counts total Power of Enemies and Allies in RangeBuff grants Added Attack Damage equal to 3% of the Damage of your MainHand Weapon per 5 Power, up to a maximum of 20%Buff has 100% more Effect on your MinionsExerts the next 5 Melee Attacks you performExerted Attacks deal 5% more Damage per affected Ally, to a maximum of 25%
Divergent version got 40% more Effect on your Minions per 20% quality. This can be increased by enhance, Ashes of Stars, Dialla's, + level of socketed gems (for enhance) and other quality % increases. You want to get as high % qual on the divergent rallying cry as possible
Second part
A very high damage weapon, attack speed does not matter. Examples: Marohi, Winds of fate, A well crafted rare, also Atziri Disfavour(if you can make use of the support qual %)
The Divergent rallying cry will take a large portion of the weapon damage and turn it into flat weapon damage, and give to your minions. Picking the right minion will make their damage increase by a large margin.
Third Part
Picking the right minion; This tactic is best with minions that scale well from gaining additional added flat. Skeletons (would be good if they didn't nerf the 50% added dmg), dominating blow and zombies already got a decent chunk of added flat, the added flat from the weapon with rallying cry would still be good just not borderline OP like on some other minions.
Good minions to use this tech on:
1. My favorite, Animate Guardian with Chains of Command (Voidforge). The 800% physical as extra elemental damage makes the added flat scale incredibly well.
2. Spectres, use a melee spectre with low base damage but good scaling (Primal crushclaw is very good, also many similar options)
3. Summon Raging Spirits, they scale incredibly well with added flat. Each level also makes SRS scale better.
4. Animate Weapons, got a pretty low base flat. The large amount added will help them out.
5. Temp minions (More experimental; grave enchant on gloves, wolves from ring/claw and permanent white SRS from essence)
6. Uncertain if it works, Ranged minions. (Blink Arrow, Skeleton Archer, Spectre (SO and similar) Further testing is required.

This is my char I played to 100 in HC trade Sanctum. The AG used Voidforge, and my char used Winds of Fate. You can use it as inspiration for your own build. Bossing with this char is questionable at best, and need quite a bit of changes.
