Hey Exiles!
Updated version of the glacial hammer of shattering beserker I've been running since league start. took a break around the holidays and got back to it recently, and have farmed well over 70 div in maven and raw drops. This build can handle juiced maps, but does want the crowds to not be super large like breach or nuke-expedition. The main defense is being able to freeze most mobs. Not a tanky build and not a MF bow build in spead, but for a melee build I'd say it's pretty nice
