I have an enl4 in my actual char but it is not needed!! Budget is 20-25D.

Had a lot of fun planning this build and putting it together, it performs a bit better than expected.

For some reason I have never seen the fortify small tattoos (Tatttoo of the Tukohama Warrior) proc even with leap slam, anyone had success with those?
