PoE Cruelty, Chaining builds

Hi all, i really like deleting legions with vaal arc and the arc ignite mechanic. I was wondering if one could use heatshiver to take advantage of shaper of flame's extra damage if the hit is mostly fire damage. And we could use freeze by converting lightning damage to cold with call of the brotherhood rings. The problem is getting enough freeze to break bosses' ailment threshold. Currently my POB is at 10mil and i think 25 mil in the minimum? The POB is half baked right now. Anyone wanna help me theorycraft this :P ?

Been trying to build a Storm Brand Raider for HCSSF because of the following synergies: - Onslaught gives MS and damage - Frenzy Charges double dip with More Damage and Cast Speed - Easy acces to Spell Suppression & Elemental Ailment Avoidance - Can path through Armour and Evasion nodes on my way to the Brand Nodes - Can path to a lot of Mana Reservation Efficiency However I seem to hit a ceiling in both damage and survivability. Especially Damage. I'm looking for a secondary skill that could boost single target, but I don't see it. Tried Lightning Spire

I've been trying to cook and pretty much have concluded that using Prismatic Burst as a main skill will end up underwhelming (without Shako at least). (Rolling Magma has similar base damage and same damage effectiveness so should pretty accurately reflect PB DPS) Here's my non-budget lvl 100 take using mine auras to get almost 7x damage as well as Annihilating Light. I've gotten enough CDR so PB has a 2.52 hit rate which matches perfectly with lvl 1 Static Strike's 2.5 beam hit rate. This ends up with a build that has a clunky play

Alright, I hear you, this is crazy. But it could work! See the PoB. No uniques or jewels of any kind needed. Easy to get spell suppress. Crit immune. Decent dam. Very tanky. Good flask recovery. Great life regen. 20% chance to avoid ele ailments from tree. Everything on lifetap to avoid mana issues. PoB has mostly trash equipment, which is what we'll be using. POB (edited after feedback): POB (original): POB only works on desktop client, web one doesn't have skills for some reason. This was originally a BV/EK Stormwall into Fulcrum full conversion build, but then they removed Stormwall so I had to change plans or be left without being able to league start. This is now a Lightning Conduit Agnerod into Fulcrum build that uses BV with Shaper of Storms to shock everyone 7.5 times a second, and Lightning Conduit to deal damage

Skin of the Lords is a huge DPS increase. We want Lethe Shade most likely.

Hello, I finally have found a interesting build, however when I import the build from PoE Ninja it states 133 points out of 128 have been spent (Scion Ascendant). Is there some bug with Unnatural Instinct/Leap gems bugging PoB? - Build looks legit even without the last 5 points spent nor does it have all kinds of stuff activated to PoB warrior it up. So I'm kind of questioning if it's a bug or if it's some sort of "draft" from PoB where the guy who made the build have made a level 100 build with 5 more points spent just so he could add/remove stuff as he leveled based on what he felt like he
