Hi all, I am currently traveling and dont have access to play POE, and wont have access for around 2 months :/

So i am trying to fill my spare time creating builds, which ive dabbled in before with little success....

Can you please give me some advice on this POB (https://pastebin.com/0jtMcVRW) for chieftain arc ignite for HC Trade?

Just to preface the gear, I am sure there are GG items I could get that would absolutely ramp the DPS up, but ive tried to be realistic and kept the gear fairly budget (I think...)
