how to apply curses?

Ok so I made a build that I was thinking about for some time and I always hear about wardless build being much more pricey - well which it is :D but usually people say that it ends up being less tanky in the end but from my end it does not seem like it, atleast compared to some high investment wardloops I checked it seems quite alright. Here it is: I think u can build this much cheaper, without voices, sublime vision, corrupted uniques and some alt gems, I think you could assemble something that works within 50div. Can you

Heatshiver+Cold Ailment Duration+Painseeker to cheese freezes, Shade Of Solaris cheap Wand for Big Damage scaling, Evasion + Flesh and Stone + Blind Effect scaling for 95% Evasion if hit recently. Unsure how to fit in more duration or phys mitigation right now, I just wanna stay evasion based early league since its a lot more budget friendly especially when the occasional death goes unpunished in Softcore. Open Questions: How feasible are 50 Kills in 4 seconds? How much uptime/downtime? Possible to tech in block

Was thinking of cool interactions with the new returning projectiles support gem. Frostbolt ice nova came to mind because as the frostbolt bolts come back they would overlap and then cause the ice novas to overlap. I don't foresee this not working. Long story short, I lost a bet to a friend while we were on a bender, and being poe degenerates we are, the result was that I need to come up with a build, which is in a title (elementalist, with leap slam as a main skill, using ignite). Today, I present to you this abomination, a child, conceived in love and constant misery. I scrapped whatever gear and currency I could from my previous characters and here it is. Leap slam is a main clear tool, vaal smite/smite is used as a emergency damage button and dps bump for bosses; for the curses I use selfcast Flammability and Alchemist Mark-On-Hit.

I have 30 div to improve this build, planning to do uber bosses.
