PoE Utmost Intellect builds without Awakened Cast On Critical Strike, Cast On Critical Strike with custom stat filters
Path of Building question... as I scrolled past the "Precision" notable on the skill tree I noticed a huge bump in DPS which caught my eye. Was a bit surprised though because I am playing as a manabond hiero with cyclone + arc, so really spell based. I don't recall global accuracy being meaningful to spells. This notable plus the minor before give +10% cast speed as well but was skeptical that addition would result in \~13M+ additional damage. Intro A couple of weeks ago when I saw the video about using curse recovery mastery (recover 1% of life and mana when cursing a non-cursed enemy) with replica doedre's damning to be able to recover 1% of life and mana (x amount curses you are applying) with each hit, I wanted to make Storm Brand Indigon build with it.
